Making a habit of coming to the market means more local food for everyone!
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is one way that you can support local farmers and make your trip to the farmers market even more efficient - the produce is ready and waiting for you, straight from the farm!
We sell food
The Coffee Creek Farmers Market strives to be a "true" farmers market, in that we offer mostly food products (though we do have artisans join us once a month!), and the products (fresh produce, grocery items and prepared food) are grown or made by the person standing in the booth (or the business represented by the booth).
In this way we are like a grocery store - we sell food. In fact, we want to be your grocery store. We know that we may not have every single item you might buy at the store, but we come close, and we are always working on filling in any empty spaces with essential items.
Our food comes straight from the land, within 100 miles of the market (and often much closer!)
Our local radius requirement isn't necessarily true of grocery stores. In this way we hope to be an even better grocery store than one only made with brick and mortar. Hopefully someday all grocery stores will only carry locally produced food, but in the meantime the farmers market is a great place to get very high quality, local food.

We are reliable
One part about being a farmers market is that we operate rain or shine. This is because you need to eat, no matter the weather! And farmers and makers need to make a living, too, no matter the weather. The only way a local food system can be built is if there are stable and reliable channels for moving that food from producer to consumer. This is what we hope to be in our community: a stable and reliable source of food you need and love.
So, there you have it: we are a pop-up grocery store, here for you with locally produced food and real farmers (count 6 vendors at CCFM that grow things in the soil for you! plus a forager!). We will be here, week in and week out, so you can rely on us.
Don't forget that many of our vendors offer pre-orders or similar programs like CSA's to make it even easier for you to get the food you need each week.
Find us this week and every week at our Wednesday market at the Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve Pavilion parking lot, April 20-November 2, 2022, from 3-7 PM. Check us out on Facebook and Instagram, and sign up for our mailing list to get notified of all of the vendors' featured products each week.
